Participant information, documentation submitted by the participant, materials and attendance records are confidentially protected and maintained by Minding the Gap, Inc for a period of at least five (5) years of this program event. Minding the Gap, Inc, its location hosts or its supporters and presenters are not liable for any injuries sustained by the participants, and any damaged or lost items during the event.
